The big picture:

There's so many things we can do to see the big picture.

Strange how small many of these things are.

Talking to a stranger.

Playing with an animal.

Watching a bug.

Going to a different suburb.

Trying different food.

Read a book.

Watch something without the subtitles.

Look at a scene that's so familiar from a different angle.

Is it fear that holds us back?

Shocking the system doesn't have to be what our minds often immediately turns to.

Ice baths, saunas, intensive training are all excellent for fortifying resilience, focus and discipline.

But balancing it with the seemingly smallest of things... They converge to create your perception of the big picture.

Broadness gives depth. Depth gives broadness.

To sink your teeth into something, to grip something hard: finding new parts of you.

Is it really new? Or has it always been there?

Light hasn't shone on it, there's a layer of dust.

Stay present in whatever you do.

Watching a bug move, stay present.

Otherwise we may miss the moment.

To let go, we need to hold on. To hold on, we also need to let go.

Grey is natural but so is black and white.

Calm.

Jumping here, there, anywhere.

No. Like trees, we are meant to have roots.

The roots can grow and go deeper and wider.

Noone can do everything on their own.

Noone can do anything on their own.
